Boris comes from a hospitality family and he has more than a decade of experience in Front Office Department. Over the years, he has gained extensive practical knowledge of working and leading Front Office Department in the hotels of various capacity and level of services. Boris holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management.
Boris has been a Front Office Manager in Saint Ten Hotel Belgrade for the last 5 years. He was also a member of the pre-opening management team and he created both general and Front Office SOP-s. Boris recruited, trained, and coached the front office team to follow the luxury service standards.
