Adina Andra Triandafil is a graduate of the Faculty of Communication and Public Relations within the National School of Political and Administrative Studies (S.N.S.P.A.) in Bucharest. She is also a law graduate, currently being a PhD student and associate professor at the Academy of Economic Studies (A.S.E.), Faculty of Marketing, in Bucharest.
With 15 years of experience in the fields of marketing, communication and public relations, gained both in the private and public environment, she was trained as a marketing manager and PR consultant in multinational companies and full-service advertising agencies. The acquired knowledge was subsequently applied in the benefit of the Romanian public administration sector.
In the Ministry of Tourism, she held management positions of the Brand Management Department, having also a role as advisor for the dignitaries with responsabilites in tourism development and promotion. In the Ministry of National Education, she coordinated the institutional communication, being communication advisor of several ministers of education.
Later, she chose to consolidate her entrepreneurial skills, by developing an incoming and consultancy agency in tourism. She continues to be involved in projects carried out with non-refundable European funds, as an education/communication expert within the Institute of Educational Sciences, with the hope that she will be able to contribute to the improvement of the national educational system.
Starting April 2020, Adina joined Winsedswiss Education Group, as Head of Communication, and since 2022 she is co-founder and Managing Partner of the marketing and communication agency winsed.com, specialised in the services, hospitality, and education fields.
