Završivši studije u Švajcarskoj, imala je prilike da radi za različite hotelske lance - InterContinental Hotel Group, Movenpick Hotels, Hyatt Regency Hotel i Radisson Blu/Collection, na različitim rukovodećim pozicijama. Sa 15 godina iskustva u hotelijerstvu, uglavnom u hotelskim operacijama, Milena je najzapaženije rezultate ostvarila vodeći odeljenje Domaćinstva.

Novak Fidanović karijeru u kuhinji počinje 1996. god. u Edgewood Country Club-u, River Vale, USA i već nakon dve godine postaje Chef de Partie. Po završetku koledža postaje chef i seli se na Floridu gde je radio u “Mar-A-Lago club” Palm beach, Florida, koji je u vlasništvu Donalda Trampa. Učestvovao u priremi proslave za Super ball party za 4000 zvanica nakon čega je postavljen za Sous Chef-a ali se ubrzo vraća u Edgewood Country Club kao Chef de Cuisine.
