"You want to be hospitable?"

I. THE ORGANISER OF THE COMPETITION. RULES OF PROCEDURE

1.1. Competition organiser "Will you be hospitable?" is Fundația Didactica, with registered office in Sibiu, 14 Alexandru Papiu Ilarian str., jud. Sibiu, C.I.F. 12272289, bank account RO30BTRLRONCRT0463701603 opened at Banca Transilvania Sibiu, tel. 0731618533, e-mail [email protected], represented by Mrs Elena Lotrean, as Director.

1.2. "Do you want to be hospitable?" competition will be conducted in accordance with these Rules, which are binding on all participants.

1.3. By simply entering this competition, participants attest that they are aware of the provisions of these Rules and agree to comply fully with all its terms and conditions.

II. THE VENUE OF THE COMPETITION. DURATION OF THE COMPETITION.

2.1. "Do you want to be hospitable?" competition will take place offline, in the ohma Brasov stand, located in the central, indoor area of Coresi Shopping Mall, in Brasov, Zaharia Stancu Street, nr. 1, on June 26, 2021, between 10:00-16:00.

2.2. The competition also has an online component, which involves that participants in the competition become fans/friends of the pages of the Ohma Academy Brasov, on Facebook and Instagram, respectively:

III. PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST

3.1. "Do you want to be hospitable?" competition is only open to people aged 16 - 44. To this end, in order to verify compliance with this essential requirement, the winning entrant will be required to submit a copy of his/her identity card before the prize is awarded. Failure to comply with this requirement will lead to disqualification. Entrants who assume a false identity or use false/incorrect data will be disqualified.

3.2. Participation in the "Do you want to be hospitable?" competition consists of providing answers to questions asked via the Kahoot platform by ohma trainers.

3.3. A participant may not enter the competition more than once.

IV. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION "Do you want to be hospitable?"

4.1. In order to take part in this competition, interested persons must comply with the following cumulative conditions:

4.1.1. lIKE and FOLLOW the ohma Brasov pages (Facebook and Instagram) mentioned in art. 2.2.

4.1.2. to be physically present at the "Do you want to be hospitable?" contest held on 26 June 2021, from 10:00-16:00, in the Coresi Shopping Mall and follow the instructions of the ohma trainers, organisers of the competition.

V. WANT TO BE HOSPITALITY CONTEST AWARD. THE AWARD.

5.1. The prizes of this competition are:

a) First Prize: visit for one person to the university École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), Switzerland. The following are provided: return air tickets, accommodation for one night, including breakfast and dinner; accompanied visit to EHL, during a period agreed between the winner and the Organiser, from 15 October to 1 December 2021. The date of the visit will be agreed at least 60 days before the trip.

b) Second prize: one day spent with a general manager of a 4* or 5* hotel in Brasov county (in order to get acquainted with the hotel business) and career counselling services provided free of charge, for a period of 7 (seven) days, by human resources specialists from the talent by winsedswiss agency;

c) Prize III: a day spent with a general manager of a 4* or 5* hotel in Brasov county, in order to get acquainted with the hotel business.

5.2. Prizes will be awarded, in person, in descending order, to the participants who have obtained the most correct answers and meet the other conditions set out in the Rules.

5.3. In the event of a tie, the winners will be chosen from among the persons referred to in Article 5.2 by random selection on the www.random.org platform.

5.4. Prizes cannot be converted into cash.

5.5. Likes from generic accounts will not be taken into account.

5.6. The winner will be announced on the pages mentioned in Article 2.2 above. 

VI. ORGANISER'S LIABILITY

6.1. The organizer will not consider and does not assume responsibility for:

6.1.1. fulfilment of the conditions for participation after the competition period;

6.1.2. erroneous submission of data provided by participants;

6.1.3. the participant's inability to contact the Organiser for any reason;

6.1.4. the winner is unable to take possession of the prize awarded.

6.2. The answers given by the contestants will be confidential.

VII. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

7.1. By entering and participating in the "Want to be hospitable?" competition the participant declares that he/she fully accepts the provisions of these Rules and agrees that his/her personal data may be entered into the Organiser's database, processed and used by the Organiser for the purposes arising from this competition, such as: awarding the prize, registration and validation of the winner of the competition. The Organiser is registered as a personal data controller with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing in accordance with Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (GDPR) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

7.2. The organizer undertakes that personal data will not be made available to third parties other than those involved in the activities necessary to offer the prizes won. The copy of the identity card requested will be used exclusively for these purposes and then deleted without undue delay from the organiser's records.

7.3. The Organiser undertakes to comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (GDPR) on the protection of Participants' personal data stored during and after the Contest. As such, the Organiser undertakes to keep the personal data of Contest Participants confidential and to use them in accordance with the applicable legislation.

7.4. The categories of data processed are: name, surname, age, address, telephone number, email address, identification data, and the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR - consent. Participants may withdraw their consent at any time by deleting the comment made when posting the contest. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to the withdrawal of consent.

7.5. Entrants to the Competition are guaranteed the rights set out in Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (GDPR).

VIII. MAJOR STRENGTH. FORTUITOUS CASE.

8.1. The competition may be interrupted or even terminated in case of force majeure, unforeseeable at the time of its commencement and the consequences of which cannot be avoided by the party invoking it under the law. 

8.2. Force majeure means an unforeseeable and insurmountable event beyond the organiser's control, such as: earthquakes, floods, other natural disasters, war, street riots, or similar events under the law. 

8.3. The organizer reserves the right to decide to continue or interrupt/terminate the Competition also in the event of an unforeseeable event, as provided for in art. 1351 para. 3 and 4 C. civ. Fortuitous events include, by way of example, pandemics.

8.4. The Organiser's decision will be communicated by posting on the pages mentioned in art. 2.2 within 5 days of the occurrence of force majeure or fortuitous event.

IX. LITIGII

9.1. Any disputes between the Organiser and the participant will be settled amicably.

X. FINAL CLAUSE

10.1. Communications to the Organiser may be made to the address mentioned in Article I.

10.2. The decisions of the Organiser in relation to the Competition are binding on all participants.10.3. The Organizer reserves the right to promote the Contest on its own online communication channels, with the possibility to redistribute and promote including the messages that are the subject of this Contest, which have been written and posted by the participants under the terms of these Rules.
