Hi, my name is Adrian Dumitriu and I am proud to be part of the ohma trainers team. 

It all started in 1994 when I got my first job at Hotel Sofitel while I was studying Food and Beverage. It seems now like it was only a small step from this point to working for a wide variety of national and international hotel chains (Ramada Majestic, Radisson, RIN, Ana Hotels and others), as well as on a number of luxurious cruises that carried me around the world. 

The passion and the curiosity that I felt towards the hospitality industry have provided me with a clear path in my professional life. I knew my goals. That is why after 27 years of experience in the HORECA industry – covering an entire ecosystem of events from the most complex to the most formal, from pre-opening processes to the launching of hotels and cruise ships- I find myself here as your trainer at ohma, as a witness and traveler within the rich world of hospitality. 

The emotion and the satisfaction that underline a carreer of working with people for people have not only shaped my character, but they have opened new and beautiful depths into the meaning of specialization and expertise. I wish you to start your journey towards yourself and I will see you on your first day in class!
