Rules of the "DragOradea" competition
I. THE ORGANISER OF THE COMPETITION. RULES OF PROCEDURE
1.1. The organizer of the "DragOradea" contest is Fundația Didactica, with registered office in Sibiu, Alexandru Papiu Ilarian str. no. 14, jud. Sibiu, C.I.F. 12272289, bank account RO30BTRLRONCRT0463701603 opened at Banca Transilvania Sibiu, tel. 0731618533, e-mail o[email protected], represented by Mrs Elena Lotrean, as Director.
1.2. The "DragOradea" competition will be conducted according to these Rules, which are binding for all participants.
1.3. By simply entering this competition, participants attest that they are aware of the provisions of these Rules and agree to comply fully with all its terms and conditions.
II. VENUE OF THE COMPETITION. DURATION OF THE COMPETITION.
2.1. The "DragOradea" contest will take place exclusively online, in the virtual space, on the Facebook page of OHMA Academy Oradea: (https://www.facebook.com/OhmaOradea; with its promotion also on Instragram page https://www.instagram.com/ohmaoradea/) or of the partners, endorsers of the contest.
2.the competition will take place from 18 February 2021, 09.00 EET to 28 February 2021, 23:59 EET.
III. PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
3.1. The "DragOradea" contest is exclusively addressed to people living outside Oradea.
3.2. To this end, in order to verify compliance with this essential requirement, the winning entrant shall submit a copy of his/her identity card before the prize is awarded. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in disqualification of the participant.
3.3. Participants who assume a false identity or use false/incorrect data are disqualified.
3.4. An entrant may not enter more than one entry into the competition.
3.5. Participation in the "DragOradea" contest is free of charge.
IV. Conditions for participation in the "dragOradea" competition
4.to take part in this competition, interested persons must satisfy the following cumulative conditions:
4.1.1. like and follow the ohma Oradea pages (Facebook and Instragram) mentioned in art. 2.1.
4.1.2. write a love message ("love note") to the city of Oradea;
4.1.3. the "love note" to begin with "Dear Oradea, ...." or "Dear Oradea, ...." and be posted as a comment to the competition post on the ohma Oradea Facebook page, in Romanian or English;
4.1.4. the size of the declaration of love should not exceed 700 characters.
V. DragOradea" COMPETITION AWARD. AWARD.
5.1. The prize of this contest is a romantic stay for two people in Oradea, including: accommodation for 2 nights; 2 romantic dinners; Lotus Terme package; visit to Oradea Fortress; valid until 30.05.2021.
5.2. The prize will be awarded personally to the participant (author of the love message) with the most likes.
5.the prize cannot be converted into cash.
5.4. Likes received from generic, company or same person accounts that have already voted from another account will not be counted.
5.5. The winner will be announced on the pages referred to in Article 2.1 above.
VI. ORGANISER'S LIABILITY
6.1. The organiser shall not be liable for:
6.1.1. receiving the "love note" after the competition period;
6.1.2. the claim by two or more persons to the same message;
6.1.3. erroneous submission of data provided by participants;
6.1.4. the participant's inability to contact the Organiser for any reason;
6.1.5. the impossibility for the winner to take possession of the prize awarded;
VII. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
7.1. By registering and participating in the "DragOradea" contest, the participant declares that he/she fully accepts the provisions of these Rules and that he/she agrees that his/her personal data will be entered into the Organizer's database, processed and used by the Organizer for the purposes arising from this contest, such as: awarding the prize, registration and validation of the contest winner. The Organiser is registered as a personal data controller with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing in accordance with Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (GDPR) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
7.2. The organiser undertakes not to make personal data available to third parties. The copy of the identity card requested will be used exclusively to confirm that the winning participant is not domiciled in Oradea, and will then be deleted without undue delay from the organiser's records.
7.3. The Organiser undertakes to comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (GDPR) on the protection of Participants' personal data stored during and after the Contest. As such, the Organiser undertakes to keep the personal data of Contest Participants confidential and to use them in accordance with the applicable legislation.
7.the categories of data processed are: name, surname, address, telephone number, email address, and the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR - consent. Participants may withdraw their consent at any time by deleting the comment made when posting the competition. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to withdrawal of consent.
7.5. Participants in the Competition are guaranteed the rights set out in Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (GDPR).
VIII. MAJOR FORCE. THE FORTUITOUS CASE
8.1. The competition may be interrupted or even terminated in the event of force majeure, unforeseeable at the time of its commencement and the consequences of which are insurmountable by the party invoking it, in accordance with the law.
8.2. Force majeure means an unforeseeable and insurmountable event beyond the control of the organizer, such as: earthquakes, floods, other natural disasters, war, street disturbances, or other similar events under the law.
8.3. the Organizer reserves the right to decide to continue or interrupt/terminate the Contest also in the event of an unforeseeable event, as provided for in art. 1351 para. 3 and 4 of the Civil Code. Fortuitous circumstances include, by way of example, pandemics.
8.4. The Organizer's decision will be communicated by posting on the pages mentioned in art. 2.1. within 5 days of the occurrence of force majeure or fortuitous event.
IX. LITIGATION
9.1. Any disputes between the Organiser and the participant will be settled amicably.
X. FINAL CLAUSE
10.1. Communications to the Organiser may be made to the address mentioned in Article I.
10.2. The decisions of the Organiser in relation to the Competition are binding on all participants.
10.3. The Organizer reserves the right to promote the Contest on its own online communication channels, with the possibility to redistribute and promote including the messages, which are the subject of this contest, being written and posted by the participants under the conditions of these Rules.

Unfortunately, this cruel pandemic destroyed every bit of enthusiasm for an industry that was not very highly-regarded by the general public even before. The passion of service is not for everyone.
