Georgeta Grecu joined the winsedswiss team with over 25 years of experience in hospitality. She is a trainer in ohma academy's Hotel Management and Culinary Arts programs.
For the Extended Learning by winsedswiss division, Georgeta teaches courses in hospitality to top management in Romania and abroad. She knows equally well how to train young people at the beginning of their careers as well as professionals seeking the more complex ramifications of the service, hospitality and tourism industry.

GG: Good hospitality is genuine, natural and from the heart. It's the passion we share with our students along with the wealth of knowledge we've accumulated in a lifetime of hospitality.

GG: The League is a group of people bound by a common belief. Hospitality is the pleasure of welcoming guests into your home. What is the superpower of a hotel manager?
GG: Location! He's simultaneously in the kitchen to test the new menu, in the restaurant to oversee catering for a 200-person a la carte event, and in the reception to welcome VIPs. On the same day, he sets the budget with the finance director, asks a maid how her backache is and talks to the technicians working on the heating system. And much more!
What is a hotel manager's biggest enemy?
GG: Himself! A good manager doesn't have to take himself too seriously, to "live" in the office. On the field is all the fun. People, whether guests or employees, are the best asset, and the GM is responsible for their well-being when they are in the hotel.
What's a hotel manager's best tool?
GG: The Magic stick, the enchanted wand with which he transforms hotel employees into ladies and gentlemen who in turn serve other ladies and gentlemen and take pride in their craft. The most powerful tool of a hospitality professional is the respect given to the staff who in turn turn turn their job into a passion.

Winsedswiss Education Group (WEG) announces the opening of the first Hotel Academy in Romania, by developing the successful model of ohma by winsedswiss from Oradea. It is a vocational education academy for hospitality, licensed by École Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL).
