no description of image found. With this Diploma programme, you will acquire the competencies and the knowledge required to be fully operational in different functions of the Rooms Division department, following the standards of first-class hotel operations.

At the end of the Diploma, you will also acquire a better understanding of the management of the Rooms department.

After graduating from this programme you will have the potential to take on supervisory roles in the front-office or housekeeping operations and be able to work independently. The course content is benchmarked on the Swiss vocational competency framework for Hotel Specialists.
