Adina holds a bachelor degree in Hospitality Management at Northern Melbourne Institute of Tafe, Australia, and a ‘Train the trainers’ diploma.
With more than 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Adina is a genuine client-centric person.
Through these years she gained her experience in various positions, from Barista to Concierge and finally Guest Relations Manager in chain hotels that included Athenee Palace Hilton and Radisson Blu, which gave her a deep insight of the clients’ expectations and needs.
Inspired by that, she has developed and delivered trainings for young colleagues to achieve their maximum potential, attaining meaningful results for the companies she worked in, like reaching Top 5 hotels in Bucharest.
