Uros Urosevic is senior manager and high professional consultant with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, wholesale business, brand marketing and customer management in HoReCa branch.
Uros Urosevic is also one of the most respected Serbian chefs and he is the first chef from Serbia who was admitted to the most prestigious culinary association - World Master Chefs Society. In his career, he was a member of the jury at numerous culinary competitions as an international culinary judge. At prestigious international competitions he won many awards, both individually and with teams he led. At the moment he is a honorary member of several Chef Associations around the Europe. He worked in several hotels and restaurants, and has gained experience in all working positions. He was leading METRO Horeca Center which was unique and the most modern center for event organisation and training for professionals in the hospitality. He also was successfully running a position of Target Group Manager for HoReCa customer in company METRO Cash&Carry. He was professional teaching associate and lecturer at Higher Business School of Professional Studies in Leskovac.
Currently he is Serbian Chapter Chairman at World Master Chefs Society, co-founder of Serbian Master Chef Association and founder of Euro-toques Serbia. Uros Urosevic is proudly member of the professional jury at International Taste Institute (ITI) from Brussels.
He is passioned about food & wine, hospitality services and education, while he is especially proud on his commitment to humanitarian work and actions in which he participated, initiated or organized.
